Salad - Tabbouleh Ii
Such a refreshing salad and it holds nicely in the refrigerator if you want to make it ahead. Light and nutty bulgur is soaked in water until it 's fluffy and ready to be combined with parsley, mint, tomatoes, and a bit of oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Serves four.
Herbs And Spices - Orzo With Parmesan And Basil
For a flavorful treat, saute rice-shaped orzo in butter before simmering in chicken stock. Stir in Parmesan cheese and fresh, chopped basil. Garnish with sprigs of basil to serve.

Breakfast And Brunch - Chef Johns Banana Bread
Banana bread is one of those things people rarely make on purpose, only when those last three bananas are almost black. This scrumptious banana walnut loaf, spiked with dark chocolate chips, is so good you'll want to make it well before the bananas get to that condition.
Cheese - Homemade Lasagna
This is my mom's special homemade lasagna recipe with made from scratch tomato sauce and delicious, cheesy filling. I have found none better anywhere. Serve with a leafy green salad and crusty garlic bread, if desired.
Side Dish - Baked Rosa Maria Fries
Baked potato wedges seasoned with rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, oregano, parsley, and sage make a great side dish.
